Feasibility Study for Redevelopment and Improvement

RWA were asked by St Paul’s School to propose some concepts for improving their existing boathouse, so that this tired-looking structure could better reflect the importance of rowing to the school.

RWA developed a design which would improve and add to the facilities already on the boathouse, provide a strong visual and physical link between the school and the river (via a new porte cochère space) and enliven the appearance of the building through a textured cladding design.
